WHOLE BLOOD CONTROL (UNASSAYED) FOR FLOW CYTOMETRIC ANALYSIS OF PLATELET MEMBRANE GLYCOPROTEINS

shared:

 - Primarily used for Internal Quality Control (IQC) of flow cytometric analyses of platelet membrane and granule membrane glycoproteins.

 - Assess or validate the measurement precision of flow cytometric testing on the whole blood platelet membrane glycoproteins (such as CD41, CD42, CD61, etc.) and the granule membrane glycoproteins (such as CD62P) in clinical laboratories, thereby understanding the analytical deviations from the testing processes.

Validation Results

Within 90 days after the production, the control remains stable in terms of various platelet membrane and granule membrane glycoprotein expressions through multiple flow cytometry (FCM) analyses.

The fluorescence scatter plots for flow cytometric CD42a and CD62P on the platelet membrane surface are provided for reference as below.
